Please note that a branded shuttle service will be available for registered guests. Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport, kindly proceed to the TIME100 welcome tent outside arrivals - there will be a team to assist with the shuttle service.
Arriving in Kigali
Shuttle services between the official hotels and the Kigali Convention Centre (KCC) will also be available. These will be available from midnight on the 15th of November, till 10:00 AM on the 17th of November. A branded shuttle will depart from the airport to the official hotels between this time period. The official hotels are as follows:
- Radisson Blu
- Kigali Serena Hotel
- Marriott Hotel
- The Retreat
- Park Inn by Radisson
- Four Points by Sheraton
- Ubumwe Grand Hotel
- Onomo Hotel
Logistics To and From the TIME100 Summit
Shuttle services between the hotels and the Kigali Conference Centre will depart from the official hotels to KCC at 8:30am on the 17th of November.
Shuttles will be departing from KCC to the official hotels from 3pm on the 17th of November.
Departing from Kigali
Shuttles to the airport will be scheduled at every hour, starting from midnight on the 17th of November, till midnight on the 18th of November.
