Isabelle Lydia Masozera, Founder and CEO of Rubicom Ltd, a Communications and Public Relations Firm that has worked with, advised and handled national, international, government and private institutions in Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya. Isabelle is also a respected journalist with over 17 years of experience working as a Newscaster and Talk Show Host on both radio and TV within the East African region.
She founded Masozera Africa, a community of empowered African women championing Holistic Wellness. Masozera Africa defies cultural, religious, gender, and socio-economic boundaries; empowering African women to tap into their full potential.
Isabelle also spends her spare time using her voice as a Master of Ceremony/Moderator to help organizations navigate key conversations and influence narratives that foster positive change.
